Home Visits

If you require a home visit please telephone the surgery, if possible between 8.30am and 10.30am, this will help the doctors to organise their visits. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible about your illness.  House visits should only be requrested for housebound patients or those who are too ill to attend the surgery.

The doctor will contact you to discuss your symptoms and often the most appropriate place for your consultation is the surgery where the necessary specialist equipment is available.  Your co-operation will be much appreciated if you are able to attend as several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.

Non Urgent Visits

If your problem is not urgent and you would prefer to see a particular doctor who may not be available on that day, we will log this as a telephone ring back request with that doctor, who will then contact you and make the most appropriate arrangements.
